Credits and Plans

How credits work, subscription plans and what is free

What are credits

Credits measure the cost of generations. Each generation has a different price depending on quality and complexity. For example:

  • Basic image (Z-Image) = few credits
  • Premium video (from cloud) = many credits
  • Talking avatar = many credits

Free credits cover:

  • Basic images (fast, local)
  • Text with mini AI (cheap LLM)
  • Basic voice synthesis
  • Post-production (upscale, background removal)

If you only use free modes, you don't consume credits even in the Free plan.

Subscription plans

Choose the plan that's right for you. You can change or cancel anytime — no long contracts.

Free

Free forever, no credit card needed

  • 50 credits per month
  • Basic generations (Z-Image, mini LLM)
  • Output with watermark
  • Perfect for trying

Starter

€9/month (€7/month if you pay yearly)

  • 200 credits per month
  • No watermark
  • 150 basic images/month
  • 50 premium LLM generations

Creator

€19/month (€15/month if you pay yearly) — Most popular

  • 450 credits per month
  • Everything in Starter, plus:
  • 500 basic images/month
  • 200 premium LLM generations
  • Lip sync and premium images unlocked

Pro

€49/month (€39/month if you pay yearly)

  • 1,100 credits per month
  • Everything in Creator, plus:
  • All models unlocked
  • 1080p video
  • API access

Team

€99/month (€79/month if you pay yearly)

  • 2,500 credits per month shared
  • 3 seats (3 users)
  • Business brand kit
  • Priority queue

Agency

€299/month (€239/month if you pay yearly)

  • 7,000 credits per month shared
  • 10 seats (10 users)
  • Light white-label
  • Dedicated support

Monthly refill

Your plan credits refresh every month, always on your billing day. If you have a yearly subscription, you get the refill every month (not just once a year).

Example: if you pay €79 yearly for Creator (€15/month), you still get 450 credits every month for 12 months.

What happens when credits run out

If you use up all your month's credits:

  • Premium generations are blocked
  • You can still use free modes (basic images, text, post-production)
  • You can buy a top-up pack (see below)

Top-up: extra credits

If you need extra credits before end of month, buy a pack:

  • 500 credits — €19
  • 2,000 credits — €69
  • 5,000 credits — €149

Top-up credits don't expire at end of month — you use them whenever you want. Great for work peaks.

Business billing

If you have a Business or Enterprise account, you can issue invoices in your company name:

  1. In the Account menu, go to Profile & Billing
  2. Fill in:
  • VAT ID
  • SDI code
  • PEC
  • Business address
  1. Save

Next invoices will arrive already filled. Useful for tax deductions.

Upgrade / Downgrade

Want to change plans?

  1. In the Account menu, go to Subscription
  2. See your current plan
  3. Click Upgrade (move to a higher plan) or Downgrade (move to a lower one)
  4. Choose new plan
  5. Billing aligns automatically (pro-rata if you change mid-month)

When does it take effect?

  • Upgrade: immediately (you get new credits instantly)
  • Downgrade: at end of current period (you don't pay starting next billing)

Cancellation

Want to cancel your subscription?

  1. In the Account menu, go to Subscription
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Choose to cancel now or at end of paid period

If you cancel, you keep access until end of paid period. Your assets stay in the Gallery forever.

Disable Premium (admin)

If you're an admin, you can disable premium generation for some users (e.g. to limit budget):

  1. In the Account menu, go to Team or Users tab
  2. Select a user
  3. Disable Premium Generation

Users will see a lock on premium models and a friendly message explaining premium is disabled.

Common issues

"Insufficient credits"

You ran out of this month's credits. You can:

  1. Wait for monthly refill
  2. Buy a top-up
  3. Use free modes (basic images, text, post-production)

"I see a lock on a model"

The lock means that model is premium and requires credits. Upgrade your plan or buy extra credits.

"I'm not getting invoices"

Invoices are sent to your Google account email. Check:

  1. Spam/Promotions
  2. If you changed email, update it in profile

"I want to pay by bank transfer, not card"
