Subscription and credits

Manage plans, credits and top-ups from the Account menu

What is a subscription

An OmniaStudio subscription includes recurring monthly credits (included in the plan price) that you can spend to generate content. Free, Creator, Pro and Team plans offer different quotas — the higher the plan, the more credits each month.

Credits renew automatically every 30 days at your billing cycle, whether your plan is monthly or annual.

Access the Subscription tab

  1. Open your personal menu (top right, name/avatar)
  2. Click the Subscription and credits tab (or scroll to "Subscription")
  3. You'll see:
  • Current plan with status (Active / Ending)
  • Available credits balance for your current workspace
  • Next renewal — date when credits will be recreated
  • Manage payments button (if you already have a paid plan)

How credits work

Every action in studio costs credits: generating images, videos, audio, avatars, etc. Free actions (like removing background, upscaling, local edits) don't consume credits.

  • Credits included in the plan — renewed every month automatically
  • Remaining credits — stay in your balance when a billing cycle ends (they don't expire)
  • Additional credits (Top-up) — you can buy extra credit packs at any time

Your personal workspace has an independent balance from any team workspaces.

Upgrade or Downgrade your plan

  1. Open the Subscription tab from your personal menu
  2. Scroll to Available plans
  3. Click the plan you want:
  • Higher plan: you'll start receiving the new plan's credits at renewal (30-day cycle)
  • Lower plan: the change takes effect at the next cycle (not retroactive)

Note: downgrades take effect at the next renewal, not immediately. Your current credits remain valid until end of cycle.

Top-up: buy extra credits

If you run out of credits before renewal, you can buy additional packs:

  1. Go to the Subscription and credits tab
  2. Add credits section — choose a pack (e.g., +1000, +5000 credits)
  3. Click the pack and proceed to payment
  4. Credits appear instantly in your balance

Credits bought via top-up don't expire and remain available until you spend them.

Tip: if you generate content frequently, consider a plan upgrade to reduce the per-credit cost.

Cancel your subscription

If you want to cancel your paid plan:

  1. Open the Subscription tab
  2. Click Manage payments
  3. In the Stripe portal, select Cancel subscription
  4. Choose whether to cancel:
  • At the end of the current cycle (keep credits until expiration)
  • Now (immediately, with possible pro-rata refund)

After cancellation, you'll return to the free plan with standard monthly credits.

Important: remaining credits are not refunded — use them before the deadline. If you cancel mid-cycle, you can request a pro-rata refund via the portal.

Annual vs Monthly plan

If you choose an annual plan:

  • You pay 12 months upfront (discount vs monthly)
  • You receive credits every month (not all at once)
  • You can downgrade at the next renewal (12 months later)

Example: Creator annual plan = €99/year, you receive 500 credits every month for 12 months.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you reach 0 credits:

  • You can't generate premium content anymore
  • You can still:
  • Use free services (cleanup, upscale, edits)
  • Download assets from Gallery
  • Access design and planning
  • Solution: buy a top-up or wait for the monthly renewal

Common questions

"How much does a generation cost?"

It depends on the service and quality chosen. Most generations cost 10-100 credits. Before generating you'll see the estimated amount.

"Do credits expire?"

Plan credits expire at monthly renewal (new ones are created). Top-up credits don't expire — they remain until you spend them.

"Can I use the same plan on multiple accounts?"

No, each account has its own independent subscription and credit balance.

"Is a single invoice possible for my team?"

Yes. If your account is Enterprise, you can create a team with a shared credit pool. Read the Team page.
