Projects and Folders

How to create and organize projects, folders and creative brief

Project is required

Every time you generate an asset, you must have an active project. The project serves to:

  • Organize assets by client or campaign
  • Give the AI creative context (brand, tone, target)
  • Share work with collaborators (if you have Enterprise)

See your active project in the top bar: Brand ▸ Project ▸ Folder.

Create a project

First login

If you don't have a project, at your first generation you'll see a "My Studio" popup:

  1. Click Create project
  2. Choose a name (e.g., "Client Acme", "Christmas Campaign")
  3. Done — the project is active

Anytime

  1. Click the Project bar at the top
  2. Click New project
  3. Give it a name and create

Select a project

Click the Project bar at the top, you'll see your projects list. Click one to switch to it. All your future assets will go in that project.

Folders

Inside each project you can create folders to further organize assets.

Create a folder

  1. Click the Folder bar at the top
  2. Click the "+" or New folder
  3. Give it a name (e.g., "Social", "Hero", "Background")

Select a folder

Click the Folder bar at the top, choose one from the list. Next assets will go in that folder.

Tip: use logical folders. E.g. in a client project you might have: "Social feed", "Story", "Hero image", "Promo video". When you download assets it will all be organized.

Project brief

The brief is the AI's "memory" of this project. The more complete it is, the better the results.

Add a brief

  1. Click the Project bar at the top
  2. Click Manage project or the gear icon
  3. Fill in:
  • Objective: what do you promote? (e.g., "Online photography course")
  • Platforms: where do you publish? (e.g., "Instagram, TikTok")
  • Video model: which engine do you prefer for videos? (e.g., "FastWan")
  • Notes: anything useful for the AI (e.g., "Minimalist style, pastel colors, target women 25-35")

Creative memory

OmniaStudio learns from your feedback. Every time you generate an asset and rate it:

  • Click 👍 (like) if it's in the right direction
  • Click 👎 (dislike) if it's not what you were looking for

The AI records these feedbacks and next time will generate things more similar to what you like. It's like teaching the AI your taste.

Reference files

You can upload photos and documents to give the AI visual context:

  1. Click the Project bar at the top
  2. Click Manage project
  3. Go to Reference files
  4. Upload photos, screenshots, logos, inspiration

Images are analyzed automatically. If you upload a product photo, the AI will understand the color, style, details. Perfect for consistent generation.

Delete a project

  1. Click the Project bar at the top
  2. Select the project you want to delete
  3. Click the trash icon or Delete
  4. Confirm

Warning: deleting the project doesn't delete assets from the Gallery. You can always recover them. But if you need disk space, the asset disappears from the project.

Assets you generate go to the Gallery, organized by type (images, videos, audio). You can filter by project:

  1. Go to the Gallery tab
  2. At the top you see the Project filter
  3. Select your project to see only assets from that project

Collaborators (Enterprise)

If you have an Enterprise account, you can add collaborators who work on the same project:

  1. Click the Project bar at the top
  2. Click Manage project
  3. Go to Collaborators (if available)
  4. Enter email and role (Owner, Editor, Viewer)

Collaborators can generate assets in the same project and see the same Gallery.
