OmniaStudio Overview

What is OmniaStudio, the two workspaces, services and how to navigate the interface

What is OmniaStudio

OmniaStudio is a complete AI platform for creating multimedia content: images, videos, audio, music, cloned voices, lip sync and talking avatars. Everything in a single interface, with no geographic limits or filters on the styles you create. Your content stays private.

Two workspaces

On home, choose between two main areas — you can switch any time from the logo at the top left.

Creative Studio

Here you generate multimedia assets. Includes:

  • Image Studio — text to image, images from photos, variations
  • Video Studio — text to video, animate photos
  • Audio Studio — synthesized voice, music, sound effects
  • Lip Sync — synchronize lips with audio
  • Cinema Studio — assemble clips into cinematic scenes
  • Avatar — create talking avatars from a photo
  • Spot Maker — promotional multimedia videos
  • Cleanup Studio — touch-ups (remove background, upscale, restore faces)

Social Media Manager

Here you organize your social presence:

  • Connections — link your social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Calendar — schedule posts by day and time
  • AI Copy — generate captions, scripts and copy
  • Productions — auto-create content from your editorial plan
  • Approval — review before publishing
  • Performance — measure results

Home: choose your area

After login you see two cards:

  1. Creative Studio — click to enter the studio
  2. Social Media Manager — click to open the manager

Each area shows a launcher of services. Select the service you want to start with.

Navigation

Left sidebar

Shows the list of services in your active area as squares with icons. On desktop it's vertical on the left; on mobile it's horizontal at the bottom.

Top bar

At the top you see:

  • Logo — click to go back to home and switch areas
  • Brand ▸ Project ▸ Folder — your current creative context (required to generate)
  • User menu — account, credits, subscription, team

User menu (top right)

Click your name/avatar to open the menu with:

  • Account — profile, billing, password, 2FA
  • Credits — available balance and top-up plans
  • Subscription — current plan, upgrade/downgrade, invoices
  • Team — add collaborators (only if you have Enterprise)
  • Language — switch from English to Italian (and vice versa)
  • Theme — dark or light
  • Sign out — logout

Tip: theme and language are saved in your profile, so next time you log in you'll find the same settings.

Gallery and History

In most studios you can open on the right:

  • Gallery — all your generated assets, organized by type (images, videos, audio)
  • History — list of all generations, with option to regenerate

You can use Gallery results in other studios: generate an image in Image Studio then use it in Video Studio with a few clicks.

First login: the "My Studio" popup

If you don't have a project yet, at your first generation you'll see a popup asking you to create one. Project is required — it helps organize your assets and gives the AI creative context. Read Projects and folders for details.

Some important buttons

  • Generate — start the generation (left side of studios)
  • Download — save the asset to your computer
  • Use in — transfer a Gallery asset to another studio
  • Edit — touch-up the asset with built-in tools (remove background, upscale, restore face)
