Publishing & Scheduling
Publish and schedule your content to linked channels.
Once you have approved content and active connectors, Publishing is your final step: choose when and where to go live.
How the Flow Works
- Produce content (tab π Production)
- Approve assets (tab π Approval) β accept/reject/regenerate here
- Approved assets go to queue
- Publish now or schedule for a future date/time
In the Approval Tab
Each ready-to-approve asset shows:
- Preview (image, video, text)
- Slot info: date, channel, format, angle
- Proposed text (caption/copy)
- Actions:
- β Accept β goes to publishing queue
- β» Regenerate β remake with your feedback
- β Reject β exclude this asset
Once accepted, the asset goes to the Approval Board (summary view).
From Gallery
In the πΌοΈ Gallery tab, you see all completed assets by channel/type:
- Click an asset β reuse options (img2img, i2v, lipsync, cinema)
- Or Use in β consume the asset in another studio (Image/Video/LipSync/Cinema)
- Download β save locally
- Share β copy public link
If the asset has already been used in a publication, you'll see its status (Published, Scheduled, Failed).
Before Publishing: Requirements
β Active connector
- The connector for that channel (e.g. Instagram) must be Active (Connections tab)
- If not linked, publishing will fail with a clear message
β Approved content
- The asset must have been Accepted from the approval board
- Rejected and Discarded items do NOT publish
β Format supported by channel
- Not all formats work on all channels
- E.g. Reel β Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Carousel β Instagram, Facebook
- Story β Instagram, Facebook
- Post β X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads
- If the format isn't supported by the chosen channel, the system will flag it
β Rate limits
- Instagram: max 25 posts/day via API
- X: depends on plan (Basic, Proβ¦)
- TikTok: no known limits, but posts stay private until TikTok audit completes
- If you exceed a limit, the post queues and sends when the limit resets
Publish Now
In the Approval board or Gallery, press Publish Now (or upload icon):
- Sends to the channel immediately
- If OK, in 10-60 seconds you'll see "Published"
- If it fails, error message with reason
Schedule for Later
Press Schedule:
- Pick date and time
- Asset stays in queue until then
- Automatically sent at that time (account timezone)
Note: Telegram and some bots don't support scheduled publishing β if you pick a future date, the post sends immediately instead. Check each connector's status.
What You'll See After
In Approval Board
- Status: Pending, Scheduled, Published, Failed
- Timestamp: when it was published
- Link (if available): to the live post on the social platform
In Gallery
- Published or Scheduled tag next to the asset
- Destination date and channel
In Performance
- Organic results: views, likes, comments (daily API sync)
- Ad spend: if you linked Ads accounts
Retry if It Fails
If a post fails (e.g. expired token, suspended account):
- Verify the connector (Connections β Verify)
- Retry publishing from the Approval board
- If persistent: check error log and reread the connector's guide
Common Issues
"Format not supported"
- E.g. can't send a carousel to TikTok
- Change the format of the slot in the calendar before regenerating
- Or regenerate it in another studio (e.g. create a reel version of the carousel)
"Connector not active"
- Go to Connections tab, select the connector
- Press "Verify" to test it
- If token expired, re-link the connector
"Post is private"
- E.g. TikTok keeps the post private until the app is audited by the platform
- Once audit completes, go to Connections, verify the connector, and publish again (this time public)
"Daily limit reached"
- E.g. 25 Instagram posts/day
- Post queues and sends tomorrow when the limit resets
- Check Approval tab for status "Queued for tomorrow"
Final workflow: Generate β Approve β Publish. All from this console, zero external clicks.
