Earn with the referral program — recurring commissions, links and dashboard
What is the referral program
The OmniaStudio referral program lets you earn a recurring commission (25% for 12 months) every time you invite a friend or client who signs up and upgrades to a paid plan.
There's no limit to referrals you can make — you earn as long as your invites stay subscribed.
Access the program
- Open your personal menu → Referral tab
- You'll see:
- Your personal referral code
- Invite link you can copy and share
- Statistics (clicks, signups, conversions, earnings)
- Payout method (how to receive money)
All accounts automatically have a referral code — no separate registration needed.
Your referral link
Your link has the format:

How to use the link
- Copy the link in the Referral tab (click Copy)
- Share it:
- Direct email to friends/clients
- Posts on your social (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Telegram / Discord groups
- Newsletter
- Personal blog
- Anyone who clicks your link and signs up to OmniaStudio within 60 days will be tracked as your referral
How the commission works
- Who signs up via your link: gets the free plan (no obligation to pay)
- When they upgrade to a paid plan: you start earning
- Commission: 25% of the subscription value for 12 months
- Example: customer pays €99/year → you earn €24.75 total (€2.06/month for 12 months)
- Example: customer pays €9/month → you earn €2.25/month as long as they stay subscribed
The commission is calculated automatically and accumulated in your balance.
Referral statistics
In the tab you can see:
- Total clicks — how many people clicked your link
- New signups — how many registered from your referral (within 60 days of click)
- Conversions — how many activated a paid plan
- Total earnings — sum of all accumulated commissions
- Pending earnings — commissions not yet paid (accumulate until €50 is reached)
Payout method
When you've accumulated at least €50, you can request a payout:
- Payout method section in the Referral tab
- Choose how to receive the money:
- Account credits — automatically add earnings as OmniaStudio credits (use directly to generate)
- PayPal — direct transfer to your PayPal account
- Bank transfer — international wire transfer (Stripe Connect)
- If you choose PayPal, enter your PayPal email
- Click Save
Payout requests
- When you have €50+ available, the Request Payout button appears
- Payments are processed within 5-7 business days
- If you choose credits, they're added instantly to your account
Note: PayPal charges international fees (~2-3%). Bank transfer is free.

Earning examples
Scenario 1: Freelance creator
- You invite 10 friends who sign up
- 7 upgrade to Creator plan (€9/month)
- Earnings: €2.25/month × 7 × 12 months = €189/year (if they stay 12 months)
Scenario 2: Agency
- You invite 3 clients to Team plan (€99/month)
- All stay subscribed for 1 year
- Earnings: (€99 × 25%) × 3 × 12 = €891/year
Scenario 3: Content creator with audience
- You mention OmniaStudio in your YouTube channel (50K subscribers)
- 500 people click your link
- 50 sign up (10% signup conversion)
- 10 upgrade to paid (20% paid conversion)
- Creator plan: €2.25/month × 10 × 12 = €270/year
Tips to maximize earnings
- Choose the right audience — people interested in AI, video, creativity
- Explain the value — why OmniaStudio beats the alternative (Midjourney, HeyGen, etc.)
- Create content — tutorials, reviews, case studies on what you create with OmniaStudio
- Use multiple channels:
- Direct email (if you have a list)
- Social posts with the link
- Blog / articles (link to your referral URL)
- Discord / Telegram communities
- Track success — in the tab you can monitor clicks and conversions in real time
Common questions
"How long before I receive my earnings?"
Within 5-7 business days of requesting payout. If you choose credits, it's instant.
"Does the referral have to pay immediately?"
No. They have 60 days from clicking your link to sign up and upgrade. Outside this window, they don't count as your referral.
"Can I use the link in paid ads?"
Yes, but check the terms of service: some networks (Google Ads) ban affiliate links in ad text. Use social for safety.
"If someone clicking my link already signed up before?"
If they already have an account, the cookie won't track a "new signup". They need a new email / new account.
"Can I share the link on coupon sites?"
Yes, it's allowed. OmniaStudio doesn't penalize public affiliate tracking.
"If my referral cancels after 6 months, do I lose commission?"
Yes, commission is calculated only for the active subscription period. If they cancel, you don't earn from that customer anymore.
"When is the next payout?"
Manual, when you request (minimum €50). No fixed dates.
