The SMM Console

Manage your brand, editorial plans, content and publishing from a single page.

The SMM Console is your central hub to manage your social presence end-to-end. One page, one sidebar with all sections, zero unnecessary clicks.

How it's organized

The console is divided into three blocks:

Work sections (you'll see these always)

  • πŸš€ New Plan β€” Wizard that auto-fills your editorial calendar and starts production in the background
  • 🏭 Production β€” Batch generation of content from calendar slots
  • πŸ—“οΈ Calendar β€” Monthly view of all slots and their status
  • βœ… Tasks β€” Operating todo list: tasks from plans + your own notes
  • ✍️ AI Copy β€” Captions, scripts, copy and hashtags generated by AI
  • πŸ‘ Approval β€” Review board before publishing
  • πŸ“Š Performance β€” Organic results and campaign spend
  • ⭐ Brand β€” Brand Kit, logo, colors, fonts, brand voice
  • πŸ“ Projects β€” Organize content by client
  • πŸ–ΌοΈ Gallery β€” Full history of generated content

Configuration (visible to owners/managers only)

  • πŸ€– Agents & Skills β€” Create specialized agents or install from Market (for you and the team)
  • πŸ”Œ Connections β€” Link your social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Telegram, Google…)

The standard workflow

  1. Create a Brand (⭐) β€” Upload logo, colors, fonts, voice guidelines
  2. Generate a Plan (πŸš€) β€” Choose channels, formats, duration and the calendar fills itself
  3. Produce Content (🏭) β€” Select slots, set strategy and let production run in the background
  4. Review & Approve (πŸ‘) β€” Screen assets, accept or regenerate
  5. Connect & Publish (πŸ”Œ) β€” Once you link a connector, publish with one click

On first access

You'll see the New Plan Wizard: it's the quick shortcut to create your first calendar. If you don't have a Brand yet, you'll be prompted to create one.

People and permissions

  • As owner/admin: You see all sections. You manage Connections and Agents for your team.
  • As collaborator: You see everything except Connections and Agents (the owner set those up for you).

Tip: Start with the Brand (visual consistency is key), then review the Approval board to understand the workflow. The rest follows naturally.
