Brand Kit

The Brand Kit is your visual and stylistic hub. Build it once, and AI uses it for every generation: plans, copy, images, video. No more inconsistencies.

How to start

Option 1: Automatic Wizard

• Answer questions about your brand (mission, archetype, personality)
• AI generates a logo prompt and suggests palette + fonts + tone
• Get a ready-made base instantly

Option 2: Import from Website

• Paste your website URL
• AI crawls it, extracts colors from header/logo, suggests fonts, derives tone from pages

Option 3: Create Manually

• Upload from scratch: logo, photos, graphics, palette
• Describe your brand and tone

What goes in the Kit

📐 Logos

• Upload your main logo (JPG/PNG)
• Add variants (horizontal, with tagline, monochrome…)
• Mark as "primary" (★) — the one that goes in overlays

🎨 Colors

• Add your brand colors (HEX)
• See WCAG contrast: will text be readable?
• AI will use them as accents in generations

🔤 Fonts

Free catalog from Google Fonts (SIL OFL / Apache):

• Choose a font for titles and one for body text
• See recommended pairs (e.g. Poppins + Open Sans)
• Live preview with real text
• Add extra fonts for special cases

All fonts are open source and commercial: use them in video and sell without royalties.

💬 Brand Voice

• Tone: friendly, authoritative, ironic, professional…
• Persona: how does the brand speak? E.g. "speaks like an expert who listens"
• Do's: affirmative rules (e.g. always use first name)
• Don'ts: banned words, claims to avoid
• AI uses this when writing captions and copy for you

📷 Photos, Graphics, Icons

• Drag & drop files
• AI analyzes the style and replicates it in generations
• Creates automatic coherence

Advanced Options

Logo Auto-Overlay on Content

• Toggle "Auto logo on content"
• Every generated image and video gets the logo as overlay
• Can be disabled per generation if needed

Visual AI Profile

• After uploading photos/graphics, press "Re-analyze kit"
• AI extracts visual style (dominant colors, composition, mood)
• Every production will follow this profile automatically

Disable Brand on One Generation

• In the generation form: "Ignore brand style" checkbox
• Useful when you need an exception

Multiple Kits

Have multiple clients? Create one kit per client:

• Press "+ Create brand kit"
• Enter the name (e.g. "Client Rossi", "Summer Project")
• Fill the kit for that client
• In Calendar and Production, pick the kit before generating

How Brand conditions everything

• Editorial plans: colors, style and tone guide suggested strategies
• AI Copy: captions and copy follow the brand voice
• Images/Video: palette and style will guide the prompts
• Copy: language changes based on the brand persona
• Overlay: logo and colors appear automatically

Common issues

Kit not being applied?

• Make sure you selected the right kit in the generation form
• If it says "No brand", come back here and create one
• For images, the prompt should contain brand elements (e.g. "red logo" if your primary color is red)

Colors don't look right?

• AI interprets colors from data: upload more real brand photos to give it more clues
• Try "Extract from logo" to auto-analyze the palette

Font not recognized?

• The font must be in Google Fonts to be free. If you have a custom font, write the exact name in the custom field
• Most brand fonts are already there — search with keywords (e.g. "sans" for sans-serif)

The Brand Kit is the foundation of coherence. Spend 30 minutes setting it up and the rest of your work will be 10x faster and more coherent.
