Editorial Plan

Auto-generate your calendar, approve slots and start production.

The Editorial Plan is your strategic calendar. Fill it in minutes, AI suggests angles for each post, and you choose what to produce.

The Wizard: New Plan

Press 🚀 New Plan from the sidebar. It guides you in 3 steps.

Step 1: Define the Period

  • Brand: choose your brand kit (you must have one)
  • Period: 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks
  • Start date (optional): if empty, starts today
  • Number of posts: how many posts/reels/videos in the period
  • Channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Telegram (multiple)
  • Formats: reel, post, carousel, story (multiple)

Step 2: Strategy

  • Goal: Sales, Awareness, Engagement, Traffic
  • Tone: Professional, Friendly, Ironic, Authoritative, Emotional
  • Visual style: Minimal, Vibrant, Elegant, Natural
  • Extra notes (optional): ongoing promo, words to avoid, references…

Step 3: Launch

Two options:

🗓️ Plan Only

  • Fills the calendar, you can review every slot
  • No automatic production — you decide when

🚀 Plan + Produce Everything

  • Fills the calendar
  • Immediately starts production of ALL slots in the background
  • We'll notify you (Telegram, email, WhatsApp) when ready

In the Calendar

Once you create the plan, you see the slots in the 🗓️ Calendar tab:

Each row shows:

  • Date and time
  • Channel (Instagram, X, TikTok…)
  • Format (reel, post, story…)
  • Suggested angle (what you'll produce, e.g. "Week tip")
  • Status (Planned, In production, Ready, Published, Rejected)

Actions from Calendar

  • Click a slot → view/edit the angle, add notes, delete the slot
  • Filter by channel/status → focus on what matters
  • Drag & drop → reorder slots

From Production to Approval Board

Once you start production (tab 🏭 Production):

  1. AI generates 3-5 variants per slot (image/text)
  2. You see each slot with variants: Accept, Regenerate (with feedback), Reject
  3. Accepted ones go to the queue in 👍 Approval

From the Approval board, you can still review before giving final OK for publishing.

Notifications

When the plan is ready (and you've enabled "Plan + produce"):

  • Telegram: Notification in your bot (if linked)
  • Email: To your login email
  • WhatsApp: If you have WhatsApp Business connector active

Common strategies

Micro-content (4 weeks, 3 posts/week)

  • Perfect for startups and SMBs
  • Consistent presence, minimal effort
  • Channels: Instagram + TikTok

Product campaign (2 weeks, 2 posts/day)

  • Concentrated launch
  • More variants, quick A/B testing
  • Channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Long-form storytelling (1 week, 1 reel/day + 3 posts)

  • Tell a story in frames
  • Mix of long reel and stories for engagement
  • Channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

Common issues

Calendar not filling?

  • Make sure you chose a brand
  • If you pick "Telegram" as a channel but haven't linked it, production will skip that channel

Want to change an angle after creation?

  • Click the slot from the calendar, edit the angle text
  • Regeneration will use the new angle

Generated 10 slots but want only 5?

  • Select the 5 from the 🏭 Production tab, ignore the rest
  • Unselected slots stay in the calendar but won't be produced

Final tip: The plan is your "home". Fill it once a month, produce in batch in one day, approve everything in another. Simple and scalable.
